Family house - Buš _ Bohemian region, CZ

The main idea of the project respects the existing terrain layout and the essential requirements of the owners. The design of the house has the task of separating the individual functional spaces that will be found according to the building program in the building. Private and social section, where there is no crossover between guest and house owner. The house is designed to be very pure, minimalist and modern, and at the same time it will be respectful to the nature of its surroundings. When working with the substrates, we have developed the idea of structuring the house into the individual volumes that contain the function. Each of these + features have different surface requirements, clear height, glazed openings. By defining these requirements, volumes A, B, C, D, E and a garden object were created. A-E volumes are linked in a transparent manner a neck that logically creates important connections and routes throughout the building. The connecting corridors between the individual masses are faced with glass surfaces to create breathtaking views of the landscape and half of the enclosed spaces created by the interception between these masses. There are paved terraces or landscaped greenery and becomes a relaxing part integrated into the building itself. The individual height elevations reproduce the natural slope of the terrain, making it a man-made view in the northern access area, which is roughly equivalent to the level of the roof areas of the individual boxes. This is respected by the natural horizon of the surrounding environment and the highest height is most embedded in the slope. The division of functions into separate masses and their spatial dispersion in the land naturally responds to its overly dimensional design, and the design does not act as a house with other gardens, but as a house into which the garden flows smoothly and falls into one symbiotic whole.
