The competition proposal for the reconstruction of a listed building in Modřice is a combination of a considerate approach to history and crafts, with a new concept of how to compose the present, so that our generation can also pass on the symbol to the future.

The building is intended for education, cultural experiences, entertainment and relaxation. Above all, it should unite the citizens of the city, of all generations, and warmly welcome new visitors. The solution represents the internal arrangement, within the new functions, the revitalization of the central courtyard and the modification of the public space, directly connected with the building.
