The mh architects team won 2nd price in the international competition for the completion and rebuilding of the Troja School in Prague. We have succeeded in defeating large studios, with years of experience in the field, and so it is an incredible event and a huge success for us. Great thanks to all members of the studio for their hard work, dedication and creativity.

The study presents a solution for the reconstruction, completion of the original building and the new building of the Troja School. The design of the old school extends the capacity due to the newly created wing. This, in its visual form and shape, respects the current state. It naturally completes the ground plan and volume character. The organization of indoor spaces allows the logical system of both schools' operations. The whole concept forms a full private parter for leisure activities. The new building, on another plot, is designed with regard to the number of programs placed. The base mass of the block contains boxes that are filled with specific features, greens and interactive surfaces. The design of both buildings provides an original approach to the concept of the school environment in the form of a pleasant, modern and representative architecture.
